Review of : TIPS FOR HAPPY LIFE


Happy life is important, essential to our lives and our health. The first way to live happily is look around us, many people who love us.
Many things make you happy, be it small or big thing. Find things that make you happy, and make a list. 

Many people say that eating is the source of happiness, eating healthy. Eating moderately and not excessively will make us more active for the activity. Healthy eating will make us happy because our bodies are healthy. 

Get used to take a cold shower when waking up in the morning. It will make you happier and healthier.

The last thing is, talk less! Do not talk much that is unimportant or even painful. Talk good that makes other people happy, so you are happy too. Don't forget to be HAPPY :)
