Pollution is the biggest killer in the world. This accounts for one in six, or 16 percent of all global deaths by 2015. Researchers say 92 percent of pollution-related deaths exist in poorer countries, especially countries with many economic developments such as Bangladesh and Somalia.

A researcher says that pollution, poverty, and ill health are highly related. Air pollution is the biggest killer for killing 6.5 million people by 2015, while the second largest killer is water pollution.
