Review of Free Reading 19th (Catastrophic sleep is kiling people, says scientist)



There is new research that states that people who do not get enough sleep have a serious impact on health. A University of California professor named Mattew Walker has warned that people who sleep less are at risk of getting a very fatal illness or will have a shorter life. Lack of sleep has a negative impact on our body. Diseases that will appear related to sleep deprivation such as Alzheimer's, cancer, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Of course there are several reasons why we are sleeping less, some have described the professor.
