Free Reading49 Smart Exercise! (Silvi Yani)

This paper discusses the benefits of exercise in the brain not just for babies. Parents can improve their brains by exercising as well. Researchers at Cornell University study a group of seniors ranging in age from seventy to seventy-nine. Their study showed an increase in short-term memory up to forty percent after exercising only three hours a week. Exercise does not have to be very difficult, but it does have to increase heart rate. Also, like motion for babies, exercise for the elderly should involve some complexity. Studying some new skills or movements, such as yoga or tai-chi, helps open memory pathways in the brain that may have not been used for a long time.
In my opinion, with a lot of doing exercise questions can make the development of our brain and knowledge grow, because by working on the problems of the brain will automatically think and technically the brain will work.
For everyone to do activities that can make heartbeats better is a way to make our brain better. It means that if we are healthy, our brains can work well.
