This story tells about healthy eating and healthy living. we know that health and eating are the main things in our lives. when we do not eat, then we will feel sick, so that make our body health disturbed. as well as when we eat, we must ensure that it is a healthy diet that can make our lives healthy.

The key to healthy eating is to consume the right calories because it is our source of energy and another key is make sure you eat a balanced diet so that our body gets enough vitamins and minerals.

From this story I learned that our bodies need a healthy diet so

 we are be able to care of our health, and surely we can live longer.
