Turkish coffee is prepared from coffee grounds, which are like tiny pieces of powder. At the top of coffee there will be lots of small bubbles. In Turki, young women were trained in this art before married. They must know how to make coffee well. Some men even chose the women they married based in the taste of the women's coffee.
