45th free reading (Review pf Stress, Stress, Go Away!)

   Stress is the feeling that too much already pressure, tension, sadness, or else. Now we will try to find how to make stress go away. But first, we should know what is the factor in our lives are causing it. 
   It’s very important to know the reason why we get sressed. Because if we know the cause of our stress, we will find a way to avoid it. So now we must push stress as far away from us as possible because it can have bad effects in our mind and body. 
   First thing that we should do is we should find a release. We can try our hobby, such as try to do exercise or else. Whatever what you want to do but actually the goal is how to make us relaxed. Second, food is an important factor in helping us to stay away from stress . But make sure that pur foods that we eat is healthy. Next the last, try to talk. We are able to talk with our best friends, family, or our partner to share what we feel. Maybe it can make us more better after that.
