   There are so many people, even including me wants to lise weight. But don’t worry, there are many ways that can lose our weight.

1. The water diet. 
     We should drink a lot of water to losing our weight. Make sure that we consume 8 cups of water daily.  Remember to do not drink the sweet water or else. And also the tips is please drink water before meals because it will make us feel like we are full. So we no need to eat a lot.

2. The Juice Diet
     We need to drink fruit juices and vegetables juice. But don’t forget also to take vitamins to make sure that we are okay even we are on diet. This juice can be very helpful for us because it will make our body healthy.

3. The Master Cleanse 
   This method is about drink up to 12 glasses of the water cleanse drink daily to tend us feeling that we are no need to eat a lot because of we’ve felt full already.

So hopefull all of these can help us to lose our weight and get the best healthy body.
