Review of Free Reading 21th (Giving Money)
Outside there are many poor people in different countries and many people want to help them. Some help provide food and water also help build houses and schools. So is there a best way to help people? Do help the government of the country then they create jobs or better help the poor. There is one charity that is GiveDirectly, they have a very simple idea. They went directly to the poor and gave them money. There are no rules or regulation. They let how they decide to use the money, it's up to them because it's their choice. He got two payments of $500 on hisn mobile and he could use the money. Two important things he bought were the new roof of the house and bought a bike to earn money by riding other around the village like a taxi. Before GiveDirectly helped him, him daily income was $2 and now her income is $10. He can feed his child and save some of the money. One of the people who created charity Michael Faye believes that very poor people can be helped if you give them a change.
