This paper tells about a man named Mari, but everyone in town called her Strawberry Girl. She has a small face and her nose is wrinkled when she is angry. She loves eating strawberries. When Mari was eleven, she started working on a neighbor's farm in the summer. She has helped pick strawberries. She has been careful with the fruit, twisting it and pulling it from the plant gently.
