Money
James would buy a small tropical island, if he had a million dollars. He would build a house there and invested his money, so he never have to work again. He would give it all to charity and he would invite his friends comming to his own tropical island.
He would not only spend his leisure time by read books study, go swimming and go fishing but also he would play with his dog . In his opinion money can't make people happy or buy their happiness but it can sometimes make it easier.
