This story tells Stereotypes about gamers. the first
stereotype is that most gamers are men, gamers are not attractive people, most
gamers are having fat and unhealthy bodies, because they almost spend their
time playing games so they rarely exercise or walk around, gamers are people
which has a face that is ugly and boring. they are also famous antisocial, they
do not know how to communicate with others, because they tend to always
interact with the computer every day.
The most negative stereotypes about gamers are violent
gamers who are affected by violent games.
in the United States has conducted a survey of gamers,
the survey results turned out that gamers lead a normal life and have a normal
friend.
From this story we know that negative views to gamers are
just stereotypes. there may be some and not all gamers who have properties that
match the negative stereotype, they just do their hobby, like people who
have a singing hobby. We should not judge a person to see only from the outside,
not necessarily their outward appearance is the same as their life in the real
world. so..we should be able to respect others and not stereotype others.
