40th free reading (Review of ‘Be healthy, Happy, and Fit)

   There are many things that we should do in order to make sure that we arw healthy, happy, and fit. The first thing that we have to remember is take all our bad habits. For example, if we are smoking as soon as possible it can make our lungs weak. This simply means that the more dangerous our habitsare the more we need to stay away from them.
   Second step is stop to think that if we have brown skn, it looks sexy. Please stay away from these artificial as well. Too much we stay along under the sun, it will not be good for our skin. It will not be healthy as well and of course we will not be happy.
   Third, it’s about chocolate. We should never forget about chocolate. This things is a good thing that help us to stay healthy. Plus, we will be happy when we eat them.
   Last, Exercise. Exercise is a must. Exercise is not only about loss our weight, but it also be able to tone our body the way we want to.  This way in order to keep us healthy, fit, and surely we will be happy!
