31th free reading (Review of A Smart Way to Prepare your Food for a Week)

   It’s very important to prepare our food for a week. Many people wasting thr money just because they do not prepare their food right. Sometimes we prefer to eat fast food, which is not the healthy way. The main problem actually because we get so busy. So we have no time to prepare our food.
   There is a way to save our money. Try to find like flyers and other online ads to get dicount coupons. There are a lot of sale of food items that we can find. Then make a list what things that we need for the ingredients.
   Before we start to prepare our food for the week, we should make sure that we are able to think about ourself and our situation. We must realize about our helath. What foods that are allowed to eat or not. What foods that we must eat a lot. So we have to list down first.
   Another thing that we must look at is our budget. There are a lot of foods that we can choose but not all of them are practical if we are on a tight budget.
   Next, now that we have listed down the ingredients, we can start planning our weeks worth of dinner. Looking at our list, come up with different kinds of ways that we will like them to be cooked each night. Don’t forget to always check our pantry and refrigerator what is the most common ingredients that we need for cook.
