30th free reading (Review of The Benefits of Chocolate’

   Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. Cocia beans contain a high level of flavanols. They seem to have a lot of health benefits. Flavanols have been shown to support healthy blood flow. They may even prevent heart disease.  Dark chocolate has high level of flavanols. So we might get some health benefits by eating dark chocolate.
