28th free reading (Review of Healthy Fast Food Choices)

   Sometimes we have no time to prepare healthy food for ourself. We have to eat whatever is available in the near from us. Eventhough, just because we have to eat fast food, it doesn’t mean we have to eat unhealthy food.
   First, we have to choose foods that are prepared in healthy ways. Such us food that are cooked with little or no oil. Or we can also request food without mayonnaise and cheese. Don’t worry about the calcium. Eventhough we choose to eat food without cheese, we change to choose low-fat milk for our calcium.
   Second, commonly people tend to eat too many calories when they eat out in restaurants because they order the largest or the super sizes of meals, sides, or drinks. The meal portions are typically more than person should eat at once. Researchers have found that people tend to eat smaller portions when they eat at home. So it’s a good idea if we are ordering food to go because it can help us to cut down the calories.
