Are you want to grow taller? There are many ways to make you grow tall. Sleeping is very important thing that you when to grow taller. If you don't sleep enough or don't sleep on time, then you will not grow as tell as you can be. It means that we get more growth hormones in our body and get teller when we slept. Eating healthy is also important to grow taller. You must eat a lot of foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. This will make your body produce more. Drinking milk can also make you to grow taller as it as a high number of calcium. Calcium can makes our bones strong and grow.
