All boys and girls in urban areas aged 10 - 65 years want to learn a foreign language and prefer to learn to use the computer / phone / tablet, while those aged over 66 years prefer print / books. In learning a foreign language improvements are brought to the learning of foreign languages
especially when the user wants to use self-training methods, thus regulating learning according to their time, capacities, will/implication, necessity, funds, location, cultural background etc.
