"The Japanese castle that defied story"

What is it with Japan and its castles? Today, it’s almost impossible to visit the country without encountering at least one. Himeji’s dazzling white fortress Hakuro-jo, or ‘White Egret’ castle, has been rewarded by Unesco for its fortified network of more than 80 defensive towers. There is Matsumoto’s oily-black Karasu-jo, or ‘Crow’ castle, the country’s oldest surviving bastion dating to 1504. Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and the smaller cities of Odawara, Hikone, Takeda, Matsuyama, Kanazawa, Okayama and Gifu each have one. There are dry moats and dimly lit, dusty interiors. Ornate tiled roofs and faded reliefs of folk heroes. At times, it feels like there are so many that the design of one bleeds into the next.

Outside Washington, in places where people don't devoutly follow every permutation of the presidential Twitter feed, the Trump administration is compiling a boast-worthy economic record.

In Old English the ends of words were very important because they carried many meanings such as past and present time. In Modern English most of these endings are gone. This is one of the biggest differences between Old and Modern English. The English language and all languages are always changing. When a language does not change, it dies.

The first chapter tells about introduction about Linguistics, especially about language .

- The modes of language
- Studying linguistics structure : about how to make a sentence or paragraph with the correct structure (grammar). Explains about : 1) phonetics/phonology – the smallest unit in language, the phoneme. 2) morphology – the smallest unit of meaning in language. 3) syntax – the largest level of structure is clause. 4) semantics – meaning of words or sentence.

Mitsubishi Motors Corp., the Japanese automaker tarnished by a massive recall-cover-up 15 years ago, owned up to another scandal Wednesday, saying employees had intentionally falsified fuel mileage test data for several vehicle models.
The inaccurate tests by the Tokyo-based automaker involved 157,000 of its own-brand eK wagon and eK Space light passenger cars, and 468,000 Dayz and Dayz Roox vehicles produced for Nissan Motor Co.
The models are all so-called “minicars” with tiny engines whose main attraction is generally great mileage. They were produced from March 2013.
The problem surfaced after Nissan pointed out inconsistencies in data, the company said. Mitsubishi conducted an internal probe and found that tire pressure data was falsified to make mileage appear better than it actually was.
“The wrong doing was intentional. It is clear the falsification was done to make the mileage look better. But why they would resort to fraud to do this is still unclear,” company president Tetsuro Aikawa told reporters. He and other company executives bowed in apology.

Pelangi Village, from Dirty Village to be a Healthy Village

Many ways are done to commemorate the Independence Day of Indonesia, one of them is to turn the village into beautiful with colorful paint. As did Sukakerta Village residents in Cianjur, West Java.
They became pilot villages from the former slums to healthy villages. Unlike other villages that celebrate the race on Indonesian Independence Day, villagers preferred to work together to transform their village into a rainbow village or a healthy village.

This idea was originally conceived by a physician alongside the ranks of the village apparatus. Rainbow Village would be a pilot area that had been slum become healthier. Later this village facilitated health services and free ambulance for 24 hours. Now 90 houses have been changed to be more beautiful and ready to welcome the 72nd anniversary of RI. Hoping this village can also attract tourists to come and become a tourist village.

The House of Representatives was impressed to allow it to permeate the legal domain. The impression was very obvious, said Junisab Akbar, Founding Chairman of Indonesian Audit Watch (IAW) in Jakarta Wednesday (16/08/2017).

As a result of the omission then now the issue of the ship becomes increasingly tangled. So it is better the leadership of the House of Representatives or at least the leadership commission 6 and 7 House of Representatives to review his attitude considering the tenant company is problematic in some countries.

In addition, the House of Representatives can find out in detail the quality of the performance of the Board of Directors of PT PLN (Persero) which is currently strongly suspected to experience a decrease in performance but increased in the use of company operations and the existence of legal reports against the Board of Directors related to public criticism of the increase in TDL.

The positive relationship between Language Learning Strategies (LLS) and the success of ESL learning is evident in many studies. It aims to examine indirect LLS in speaking skills and what they are. There are 80 sets of SILL questionnaires undertaken with MDAB ('Destini Anak Bangsa'; a program for poor Bumiputra students to enter pre-diploma courses on UiTM branch campus) to find out their indirect use of LLS in their ESL. And, there are also observation sessions or interviews. Research shows that the use of social strategies is higher and more significant than metacognitive and affective strategies. The use of stronger social strategies is driven by academic, social and personal reasons while the use of inconsistent meta-cognitive and affective strategies is caused by low self-esteem and problems to get help from good speakers. it can be concluded that students have a low awareness of the importance of using LLS. so students should be encouraged to use more LLS for speaking skills and should also be trained for strategies in an effort to improve better outcomes.
