Fluency in writing: A multidimentional perspective on writing fluency applied to L1 and L2
This article presents a brief review of how fluency has generally been meansured in writing research. The complementary meansures are derived from keystroke logging data, which were collected from on experiment among 68 students who wrote 2 descriptive texts, on on their mother tongue (L1) and the other in their second language (L2). And they have created 4 new multiclimensional model:
1. Productio
2. Process variation
3. Revision
4. Pause behavior.
Which enables us to differentiate between fluent and less fluent writers.
