people cann’t grow tall, because of genes. So you must always remember that the reason
why you are
not growing tall is that
you have genes that are
not tall . when your
family is not so tall,
there are still things that
you can do
to get the
tallest height that you can
get. Stop taking coffee or
simply just do not drink
it. You see,
coffee will not stop you
from growing
