Research shows that loneliness can increase the risk of premature death by 50%, while 50% lower for those mixed with family and friends. Researchers see how loneliness affects the risk of premature death, people can be lonely even if they are with family and friends. There is also the danger of living alone and with social isolation.

Researchers say loneliness can be more dangerous than obesity. They say that teachers should teach social skills to children in school and doctors should talk about loneliness to their patients. Scientists say that we must prepare our social life in their old age as we prepare for our financial future.
