If you want to stay young and stay healthy in old age, try to like this from now on. New research says that eating broccoli, avocados and other fruits and vegetables can delay aging. They have a compound called NMN, which helps slow down the aging process and can refresh your metabolism. It also helps restore the energy production levels in our body that weaken with age. NMN also helps slow the weight gain and worsening of our eyes.
Professor Shinichiro from the University of Washington School of Medicine said that NMN reduces the usual signs of aging, such as weak muscles, poor liver function, lower bone density and worse vision.
