Lifestyle lazing gives a lot of bad influence, especially on health. People who laze around will relax more than do the activity. They spend more time sitting relaxing on the couch rather than doing activities. This lifestyle can increase heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, even death. They think exercise can reduce this risk. The study says exercising 60 minutes a day can not restore the effects of sitting for long. The mortality rate of people who do not do much activity 24% more than the many activities. Doctors advise in doing any work if it takes a lot of time to sit down, it is recommended to stretch and rest for a moment.
