23th free reading (Review of Eat Healthy, Live Healthy)

   Health is wealth. So all of us must take good care of our health. There are many things that we must remember to make sure that our health is wealth. The key to eating healthy is done by two main things. First, is to eat the right callories for our energy. Second, make sure that we eat balanced in a day. Because this way can make our body getting all the vitamins and minerals that it will need in that day.
   The most inportant things is in all of food that we eat is must have starch. Having this in our body will make us feel full for a long time. But in the other hand, some people think that eating such can make us get more weight or look heavy. But the fact is that we should eat such one a day. Try eat pasta, potatoes, bread, or rice. For sure your startch will be enough.
   Fruits and Vegetables. These must be always there in what you eat in a day. We will get all kinds of vitamjns and nutrients that we need.
   Salt. It is a part of most food that we eat. Most foods have salt in them already. So make sure that we stop to taking too much salt in our food. Because it will get out blood pressure up.
   So the conclusions, we just make sure that what we eat is just right. Eat everything balanced diet and we will surely be healthy.
