In everyday life we are always on the move, sometimes the activity is very dense make us tired. In addition to work or learning there are other things that can make us stress, like many thoughts or many problems for example. Well therefore our body and brain require relaxation. Set aside some of our time to relax, wins our minds so that our nerves are not tense and that our bodies feel fresh too.
If the body is too poised to work or do other activities without rest then our body will be sick, therefore between activity and rest must be balanced. Perform relaxation before you regret later.
