A study was conducted in five weeks against three people classrooms at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, National University of Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to know the reason why motivating students to speak in the classroom is useful for instructors in managing their classes. In school learning the importance of student participation in speaking. Active students will have an impact on improving their achievement. Through this study proves that its size
of the class, instructor and student personalities and peer perceptions influence students to speak class. It can be concluded that it is necessary to build self-confidence and a conducive class for students by teachers so that all students can learn effectively.
