   Researchers find the "screen time" before bed is bad for the health of children. Children should not watch tv, mobile or tablet before going to bed because it can reduce their sleep time and sleep quality. Why is that? The light on the screen disturbs the child's body clock so they do not think that night. In addition, their brains will remain active so rest is really annoyed. Whereas children sleep more than adults sleep. Children need up to 13 hours of sleep a day.
   Good growth and development in children is influenced by daily habits. In childhood parents should focus on things that do not have a negative impact on their health. When they get used to healthy living then when they grow up they become selective in all things.
