The above article discusses green tea. We know not everyone likes green tea, and there are some people who love including me. After I read the above article it turns out it tastes good that green tea has many benefits. First green tea can improve brain function. Green tea contains caffeine known as a stimulant, but not much like it does in coffee. Caffeine can lead to improvements in aspects of the brain, such as a bad mood that can improve, time and memory. The second benefit is green tea contains bio-active compounds that can improve health. Green tea contains polyphenols, such as flavonoids and catechins that act as antioxidants. The third benefit is green tea can decrease some cancer risk.

Wahhh really extraordinary benefits of this green tea. So let's start now consume green tea for our health
