Starting from the end of 2015, Saudi women vote in the elections for the first time. Safinaz Al-Shamat was the first woman to arrive at the center to register, saying it was her national duty. Another woman says being a voter, "is a dream for us".
Allowing women to vote is the plan of King Abdullah, who died earlier this year. More than 70 women want to run and more than 80 want to be campaign managers. Haifa al-Hababi, 36, wants to campaign for change. He said: "Change is life, the government has given us this tool and I will use it."
