In the text tell
above news on April 22nd , 2017 that exercise is contagious because of social
media. Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology found that
people who enter the details of their exercise in social media motivate others
to exercise more. The researchers tracked 1.1 million runners over a five-year
period. They see the use of runners social networking, distance, time, speed
and calories burned. They concluded that sharing exercise data in social media
inspires others to exercise more, harder and more competitively. This study has
reports on how to read about peer exercises can inspire. Social media increased
more slowly, less in the form of runners, and those who showed signs of
overtaking friends. If you run more, chances are you can make friends run more.
