"The Greats Gatsby"

The Great Gatsby novel tells the story of an eccentric millionaire Jay Gatsby as told by Nick Carraway, a Midwesterner living in Long Island but working in Manhattan. Gatsby's giant house is adjacent to Carraway's modest home, and Carraway becomes intrigued by his neighbors after being invited to one of his famous partys.Nick soon found out that Gatsby was in love with Daisy Buchanan, Nick's cousin and wife of Tom Buchanan, a Nick acquaintance of Yale.Buchanan brought his old friend for a day in town, where Nick learned that Buchanan had a woman who remains, Myrtle, wife of a long island mechanic.

Gatsby sent a message through him and a friend with Nick, a professional golfer Jordan Baker, insisting that Nick planned a "chance" meeting for Gatsby and Daisy.Nick learned that Gatsby, Jay Gatz at the time, and Daisy had fallen in love, but Daisy married Tom Gatsby was in Europe during the Great War. After that, Jay Gatz abandoned his old identity, became Jay Gatsby and raised a lot of money with the help of famous villain Meyer Wolfsheim. Gatsby chose his home place on Long Island because it is across the bay from Daisy's house.

Nick manages to get Gatsby and Daisy together, and while at first an awkward meeting, Gatsby immediately relaxes and invites Nick and Daisy back to his mansion. Gatsby and Daisy start seeing each other secretly with some frequencies. Nick and Gatsby also get close, as Nick is the only person who continues to support Gatsby despite rumors circulating around the man. Buchanan finally confronts Gatsby in Manhattan about the affair, and the two are arguing at length about who Daisy really loves. Diaisy claims to love both, but he decides to return to Long Island with Gatsby instead of her husband. Diaisy drives Gatsby's car, but he accidentally kills a woman on the roadside, and then speeds off. It turns out that this girl is Buchanan's girlfriend, Myrtle.
