He said that his project would "close the door to the idea of this earth-ball". He was a little worried about the flight. Hughes wanted to run for governor of California. He hopes his Earth-flat discovery will help him do this. Hughes flights will stay on its website this weekend. He says that he has eaten enough food for his four cats in case something goes wrong.
