Veils
A new law in Australia has no full veil ban. This means Muslim women will not be allowed to wear full face veil in public in this country. The new law says the face should be visible from the hairline to the chin. They say that only a small percentage of Austrian Muslims wear full face veils. Carla Amina Bhagajati from the Islamic Community in Austria talks about how unfair the new law is. He said that many fully veiled women in Austria are now "criminalized" and "restricted to their homes".
