   There are many adverse effects for students who are allowed to bring mobile phones in the classroom. Students do not focus on their lessons because they are more interested in social media. Even when they have their class working they want to go online. It's clear that this has an impact on the scored they got. Researchers looked at 145 American students in the class. Some students use their phones in class and others turn off their phones. Students who turn off their phones in the class get a higher score on the tests they get at the end of the class. It is certain that this is a burden for teachers to overcome for students to keep learning. Prohibiting students to bring mobile phones in the classroom is one way to save young generation from social media addiction.
