There is a good effect on reading activity when students are pre-read first. The study participants consisted of 60 10th graders studying at Omol Habibeh High School in Ilam, Iran. A reading test the ability of understanding is given to set subjects into two groups. Both groups are given different readings, which is guess reading the contents of the pre-reading question and the definition of vocabulary. This study was conducted for 5 weeks and performed in one week 2 sessions. The result in the next session, that is, when pre-read, increased comprehension in reading. So it can be concluded would be very good results if reading is done continuously in terms of understanding the contents of the reading.
