A study aims to determine the relationship between critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and Iranian speaking skills. By the method of California Critical Thinking Skills Test Test (CCTST) proves that there is a relationship between the three things. The result:
1. Emotional intelligence, followed by critical thinking, correlates significantly with the ability to speak.
2. Critical thinking and emotional intelligence determine the skills in speaking.
3. In response to a problem if someone is critical then it will be able to control emotionally so that it can regulate how he chooses the words to be discussed.
