A study was conducted to determine the relationship between silent reading fluency, oral reading fluency, retell fluency, and reading comprehension. The research was conducted by using structural equation modeling. The result is the smoothness of oral reading as the strongest reading comprehension compared to retell fluency and silent reading fluency. This is because when we read the oral and with a strong voice then our brain will work more optimally. In addition we with oral reading then we will immediately realize what the meaning and purpose of reading it. Another advantage is the fluency in speaking will be trained.
