About half of adults make annual resolutions, but less than 10 percent defend it. Many people surrendered in February because their resolution was too harsh. People think it's easy to change their lives, but in fact many habits are hard to change.
There is a survey of New Year's resolutions, that is, the highest resolution is to live life to the fullest. The second most popular resolution is to live healthier lives. Losing weight is the third and spending more time with family and friends are fourth. Young people make more resolution than parents.
