I think reading and listening make us add a lot of new vocabulary, and make us rich in information in the world. Especially for children, reading and listening to a story is very good for them. They will add new vocabulary and know the stories. According to the study of the article, this study shows that children aged 8 or 9 are able to extract information about new words from a story, and they can very quickly learn it with 3 modal is listening, reading, and combined conditions. Because I think the children's brain is still very clear and very easy to absorb new vocabulary. So it's great to teach by reading and listening to a story to get a new vocabulary.
