Rapidly progressive cognitive impairment with Neuropsychiatric
symptoms as the initial manifestation of status Epilepticus.

Resurrection is a sign and symptom of epilepsy, but not all awakening is a sign of a Neurologic disorder.  Awakening can also result from low blood sugar levels, infections, fever, severe head injury, lack of oxygen, and these are not epilepsy. Awakening can also be a mental or physical disorder. Non epileptic seizures are a resembling epileptic resemblance but have different causes. Unlike epileptic seizures, non epileptic seizures are not caused by changes in brain activity. Also a sudden, sudden, and short-lived event in which there is a change in a conscious person everywhere, and under any circumstances his behavior or feelings. Causes of non epileptic seizures are Cocaine use, Psychogenic, acute head injury, Uremia, Eclampsia, High fever, and Hypoxemia.

One of the things that should be done for further examination is by EEG Inspection is used to view electrical activity in the brain. In non epilepsy seizures, usually EEG results do not show any pathological changes in electrical activity in the brain. So the results of this EEG examination is very useful to determine whether the epileptic seizures that occur is epileptic or not. After knowing it, when it happens it then the first step should be done is to prevent further injury due to seizures. Put the patient in a non-hazardous place, or prevent head injuries from falling. Whatever the cause then it is best to give treatment to the seizure until the seizure stops.
