Student research has been done, 225 women and 158 men. The results show that there is a very significant difference in gender differences in terms of foreign language speech anxiety and learning motivation. Female students are more motivated than male students to learn English. Similarly, in terms of anxiety, female students are more anxious when speaking in language classes than men. This difference should be the teacher's duty to overcome it, some of which are:
1. Give motivators who have instrumental value.
2. Build motivation with activities that have integrative value.
3. Although female students are more motivated, but they need more motivation in order to maintain their motivation.
