19th ( free reading ) -  Eat Healthy, Live Healthy. 


There are many things that you must remember to make sure that your health is wealth. The key to eating healthy is done by two main things . The first one is to eat the right calories as they become the reason of our energy . The second one is to make sure that you eat a lot of different food and make sure that you eat balanced in a day. Fruits and Vegetables. These must be always be in your plan of foods that you eat in a day. because the fact is that you must eat at least 5 of them in one day so that you will get all kinds of vitamins and nutrients that you need.So,you must just make sure that you eat everything that is just right. As the doctors wouldsay, eat a balanced diet and you will surely be healthy.
