Russel Taulor painted yellow without parking tempo outside his home. The reason is to increase traffic security at home. He did it because he was fed up with the lack of attention of the Wellington Council about his citizens' complaints. He has seen many errors on the narrow road. Wellington city council said it would meet people to discuss the idea of no parking signs.
