97th 98th article: why exercise is important in the school system?

The majority of students claim that they do not have time to do exercise. They feel to busy or lazy to do that. Actually the exercise has a great role in making our body healthy. Being physically active offers many advantages. The exercise is also believed to reduce stress levels,  improve sleep pattern, and reduce the risk of heart disease. The exercise can make us fell refreshed and happy then we can increase our life quality. Doing exercise is little bit difficult to do in our busy, but a little bit of exercise will help better.
