Child protection charity tells parents to ask permission for children when they want to upload their images on social media. Parents who upload pictures of their children are "sharenting" a mixture of words share and parenting.Parents have a reason not to upload photos of children under the age of 18 years. Sherenting is common in the United States. Most 2 year olds there already have an online presence. When parents accompany child's identity information on social media, children will be threatened by identity theft.
