Chocolate is one of healthy food.
Maybe you often hear about that. Did you know the reasons? Based on what I read
from this article, because chocolate is made from choco beans. And choco beans
contain a high level of flavonols. Flavonols have been shown to support healthy
blood flow. But there are several type of chocolate, and every type has different
level of flavonols. And the higher level is dark chocolate. This means that
dark chocolate is healthy food which is much we consume.
