There are things that we should to make sure that we are healthy, happy and fit. You don't have to drop one for the other. The more dangerous your habits are the more you need to stay away from them right away. There are many people who love to drink coffee as their wake up drink. It's not bad but if you take to a lot of it then you must just forget it and get and drink a tea. You will get to have many great health benefits if you drink tea, compared to coffee. There are many health papers  that say that you should take this and that. The truth is you should eat well all the time.
