The self concept will lead us to further comprehend with many other traits of the person, such as personality, behavior and
prediction future. The definition of self concept have various perspectives to contributing figures. MSCS have never been utilised by researchers in Malaysia. It was translated directly by the researchers according to the fixed procedures. MSCS originally written in English language and translated into Malay language by using the method.
So far, this study has successfully translated the English edition of MSCS into Malay language, it have good
validity and reliability values. A significant contribution to the psychology and counseling development in Malaysia. This study has proved that the theoretical MSCM and the MSCS questionnaire are appropriate with the Malaysian values and culture.
