A study shows that female doctors are better than male doctors, but less paid. Dr. Ashish Jha says that one male doctor gets paid more than a female doctor, because women are better at their job. However, they did not explain the reason the female doctor was better. Dr Jha added: "We need to understand why these differences exist, so female and male doctors work well and get paid the same."
